All above mentioned prices are per night per person

Rates are subject to a tourist tax of 1,20 € per person per day (guests under 12 years of age are exempted).

For stays longer than 3 nights the prices above will require an extra for final cleaning that varies from € 100,00 to € 160,00 depending on the size of the accommodation

– Pets are welcome under previous agreement for a fee of 100,00 € per week

– Final cleaning varies from € 100,00 to € 160,00 for each house depending on the size

– Extra bed € 50,00 per night/€350,00 per week – Crib for children under 3 years of age € 40,00 per week

– Continental breakfast is served upon request for a fee of 15,oo € per day per person and it has to be requested

   through email not less than 48 hours before arrival

– All accommodations are furnished with equipped kitchens. For the weekly stays of guests not requesting continental

   breakfast we provide some basic items such as cereals, toast, milk, jam, butter, coffee and tea that are free of charge

– For weekly stays we have a grocery delivery service. You can request it sending your list through email not less than

   48 hours before arrival. The service has a fee of 25,00 € and it will be paid on site

– Casa Cima has a private pool – Casa Selva shares the pool with Casa Cima when rented together

– Casa Milena gives access to the pool with view closer to this accommodation

– All accommodations give access to the shared pool.

TERMS&CONDITIONS:

– Special prices for weekly stays are estimated upon request based on the accommodation and the number of nights

– Two nights is the minimum stay

– Prices vary from € 55,00 to € 160,00 and are meant per person per night

– Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. There is an additional charge of € 20,00 for arrivals between 7 pm and 9 pm

   and an additional charge of € 50,00 for arrivals between 9 pm and 11 pm

– Check-in after 11 pm is forbidden (except in duly justified exceptional cases to be notified in advance)

– Check-out is by 10 am. Late check-out by 12 am is permitted only in case of availability and if previously

   agreed upon

– All stays request a security deposit that may vary from € 100,00 to € 1.000,00 depending on the accommodation

   and number of nights

– All houses are equipped with some basic items such as cereals, toast, milk, jam, butter, coffee and tea that are free of

   charge (a more complete continental breakfast can be provided upon request and it will be served in the common

   room – the loft for an extra charge)

– The exclusive use of the loft can be agreed upon and it will be estimated depending on the request

– The price for final cleaning varies from € 100,00 to € 160,00 depending on the size of the accommodation chosen.

   In case of pets the final cleaning will have an extra cost of €40,00

– The pools will be opened between May 15th and May 31st and closed between October 1st and Oct 15th

   depending on the forecast.

BOOKING CANCELLATION:

In case, for any reason, a customer shall cancel its reservation, he will be entitled to a refund net of expenses and penalties as follows:

– 10% of the total amount will be charged for reservations cancelled 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date

– 30% of the total amount will be charged for reservations cancelled from 59 to 40 days prior to your scheduled

   arrival date

– 75% of the total amount will be charged for reservations cancelled from 39 to 15 days prior to your scheduled

   arrival date

– 90% of the total amount will be charged for reservations cancelled from 14 to 9 days prior to your scheduled

   arrival date

– 100% of the total amount will be charged for reservations cancelled from the 8th to the day of arrival or in case

   of no show.
